The first two images are part of a project that was an illustration book for children, called 'Momo' by Michael Ende, a wonderful book about a small girl called Momo, and her adventures.

Here I went for a rather Japanese manga influenced style, still keeping in it's European feel. I used my drawing skills to create the main characters and the background. Then I went on with illustrator, transforming all the designs into vector based illustrations.
